Oregon Division of Financial Regulation (DFR)  Issues Letter Regarding OR DFR HB 3272 Data Call

 

On November 15, 2021, the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation (DFR) issued a data call to all insurers licensed in Oregon that are reporting direct premium written under the homeowners line of business on their 2020 annual financial statement. The insurers that must provide the requested information are listed in the notice under Appendix A. Companies must complete and submit the Excel template provided with the notice. The DFR will accept submissions that include multiple company responses. Each included company must have complete information in the reporting template. Submissions will be rejected with incomplete information or those not using the provided Excel reporting template.

All reports must be submitted via email to DFR.DataTeam@dcbs.oregon.gov by end of day Monday, Dec. 6, 2021. Please note that extension requests will not be granted.
