Vicky Hartman is the Inland Marine Product Leader at AAIS. She is responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining Inland Marine and COP products to support Member needs. She brings 35 years of Commercial Inland Marine experience with Great American, the ACE Group of Insurance Companies (now Chubb), Liberty Mutual, and MSIG.

Vicky holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM), and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations. She is actively involved in the Inland Marine Underwriters Association (IMUA) and is a past member of the Board of Directors, as well as a former Chairperson of the Southeast Regional Committee. She currently serves on the Education Committee and the Ohio Valley Regional Committee.

Vicky holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Management from Northern Kentucky University.

Ann Mitchell is a Senior Product Development Specialist on the Inland Marine team at AAIS. She is responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining the Inland Marine Guide (IMG) and Commercial Output Program (COP) products. Ann brings over 11 years of P&C insurance experience, including eight years spent in commercial lines product development, specializing in property-driven products. 

Ann holds the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), and Supervisory Management (SM) designations.

Ann earned an AA degree from Upper Iowa University.

James Javier is a Product Development Specialist on the Inland Marine team at AAIS. He assists with research on competitor products, market trends, and regulatory updates to help identify opportunities or needed changes to the AAIS Inland Marine Guide and Commercial Output programs. James also supports the drafting and revision of rating structures, manual rules, and state-specific exceptions. James started at AAIS as a Personal Lines Intern in 2019 and transitioned to a full-time role as a Member Success Specialist in 2021. He was promoted to a Product Development Specialist in 2025.

James holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM) designations.

James has a BA from Iowa State University.
