Nicole Milos is the Director of Legal at AAIS. She brings extensive litigation experience, with a primary focus on insurance law and compliance.

Before joining AAIS in 2019, Nicole was a partner at the Chicago law firm Cremer, Spina, Shaughnessy, Jansen + Siegert. She served as a member of the AAIS COVID-19 Task Force and has held roles including President of the Advisory Council for the Pro Bono Network, past President of the Illinois Defense Counsel, and member of DRI.

Nicole has a BS from Saint Mary’s College, a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and an LL.M. in Information Technology and Privacy Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
