Keith Wolfe was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AAIS, effective March 1, 2026. He brings three decades of transformational leadership across the global (re)insurance industry to this role.

Keith most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer for Guy Carpenter North America. He joined Guy Carpenter in 2024 after 27 years with Swiss Re and GE, where he held various executive roles, including the last seven years as President of U.S. P&C for Swiss Re.

As an engaged industry leader, Keith serves on the board of Maryland Auto Insurance. He has previously served on the U.S. Treasury’s Advisory Committee on Risk Sharing Mechanisms (ACRSM) and the boards of AAIS, the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), and The Institutes.

Keith holds a BS in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).

Arron Lamp is the Chief Information Officer at AAIS. Arron has more than 25 years of leadership experience across strategy, technology, AI, data and analytics, and digital transformation within the P&C insurance industry. Prior to joining AAIS, he served as Chief Information Officer for Tokio Marine HCC – Public Risk Group, leading digital transformation initiatives across architecture, data and analytics, AI, and automation. He also served as Senior Vice President, Deputy CIO at Everest Insurance and spent nearly nine years at Travelers in a series of technology and analytics leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with Farmers Insurance, Beazley, and Liberty Mutual.

Arron holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations and earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Michael Payne is the Chief Actuary at AAIS. He leads the Actuarial Services team in conducting countrywide loss cost reviews, developing pricing for new programs, building a modernized pricing process, and fulfilling regulatory reporting obligations for our Members.

Michael brings more than 14 years of experience on the carrier side, holding actuarial pricing roles at Zurich Insurance Group and SCOR Reinsurance. Before joining AAIS in 2018, he served as Director of Underwriting Analysis at Sears Home Services.

Michael is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

Michael has a BA in Mathematics and Psychology from Northwestern University.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across product management, underwriting, regulatory compliance, operations, and strategic transformation, Kelly brings a unique perspective on how products are developed, delivered, and supported. Prior to joining AAIS in July 2026, she led Product for Nationwide’s Commercial Lines and E&S & Specialty businesses, overseeing the strategy, governance, development, and management of a multi-line commercial insurance portfolio. Her experience across nearly every stage of the insurance value chain—including retail agency operations, managing general agency underwriting, underwriting leadership, and enterprise product management—enables her to bridge the needs of carriers, distribution partners, regulators, and policyholders while driving meaningful innovation. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Kelly is passionate about building high-performing teams, modernizing product management practices, and leveraging technology and data-driven insights to improve speed to market and deliver Member-focused solutions.

Kelly holds the Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) designation from The Institutes and a professional data analytics credential from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
