Arron Lamp, CPCU, ARM

Arron Lamp is the Chief Information Officer at AAIS. He leads AAIS’s enterprise technology strategy and modernization efforts, ensuring technology investments support the organization’s commitment to delivering innovative, secure, and efficient solutions for Member insurers. He is responsible for overseeing AAIS’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, enterprise applications, and efforts to advance AI readiness in support of the organization’s strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Arron has more than 25 years of leadership experience across strategy, technology, AI, data and analytics, and digital transformation within the P&C insurance industry. Prior to joining AAIS, he served as Chief Information Officer for Tokio Marine HCC – Public Risk Group, leading digital transformation initiatives across architecture, data and analytics, AI, and automation. He also served as Senior Vice President, Deputy CIO at Everest Insurance and spent nearly nine years at Travelers in a series of technology and analytics leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with Farmers Insurance, Beazley, and Liberty Mutual.

Arron holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations and earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Arron has a BA in Management and Economics (cum laude) from Marietta College.
