James Javier is a Member Success Specialist at AAIS. He is responsible for explaining the AAIS onboarding process to Members. He provides all product materials to Members’ affiliated lines, conducts AAISdirect overviews, files materials in SERFF, and creates custom materials. James started at AAIS as a Personal Lines Intern in 2019 and transitioned to a full-time role in 2021.

James holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and is currently working on obtaining his Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM) designation.

James holds a BA from Iowa State University.
