Martha Bako is a Senior Product Development Specialist at AAIS. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of personal lines products to support Member needs. Martha brings more than 20 years of property and casualty insurance experience. She began her career as an actuarial analyst with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, where she reviewed rate and rule filings for homeowners, dwelling fire, and mobile homeowners lines. She later advanced her career with regional carriers, gaining additional experience in catastrophe-prone states.

Martha holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations.

Martha earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Actuarial Science from Florida State University.
