Delivery Support Analyst

Purpose

The Delivery Support Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of deliverables. This position provides administrative, logistical, and technical support to application developers, helping to capture work, track progress, resolve issues, and maintain documentation. The Delivery Support Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business objectives, meet quality standards, and are completed within expected deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for application developers, including scheduling, tracking, and task management.
  • Monitor progress on deliverables, identify potential bottlenecks, and assist in resolving issues.
  • Maintain and update documentation, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility into delivery status.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Support delivery processes by coordinating resources, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing tools and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on deliverables and ensure they meet established standards.
  • Provide input on process improvements and support continuous delivery optimization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira).
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail. Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels and asynchronously in a remote-first working environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting Information Technology teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Experience in lieu of education also considered.
  • Minimum travel is required for annual all-company gathering (less than 5% of the time).
