Krissy has been in the Human Resources field for over 10 years working in financial services, retail, consulting, and technology industries. Her role is responsible for leading the design and execution of AAIS’s talent attraction, engagement, retention, and development strategies. She is passionate about influencing high-performance cultures and organizational effectiveness by aligning business goals and priorities with people-related initiatives.

Krissy earned her BS in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University and is certified as a Post-Secondary Facilitator and Predictive Index Practitioner.
