As Manager of Product Operations, Sheila provides consultative onboarding services to promote speed-to-market adoption of AAIS products and services by AAIS Members. Sheila is committed to delivering superior service to ensure the efficient implementation of AAIS programs and the ongoing success of its Members.

Sheila has a background in underwriting, project management, filings, and product development. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Marine Insurance Management designations. In addition, Sheila holds a designation as a certified product manager from the Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
