John Kadous is the Vice President of Products at AAIS. He joined AAIS in 2014 and oversees all product strategy and development. John brings more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 13 years with GEICO and 12 years as an Underwriting and Product Management Director at USAA.

John has a BBA from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Regis University. He holds a Certified Product Manager designation from the Association of International Product Marketing and Management, as well as the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
