Having previously worked in various actuarial roles in the P&C industry for over five years, Theresa joined AAIS in 2017. As the Director of Actuarial Product Development, she serves as the Product Manager for Actuarial Loss Cost Updates, the Product Owner for ratemaking on new products, the Product Owner for ratemaking on program revisions, and holds relevant application/system stewardship roles. The main purpose of the AAIS Actuarial Product Development team is to provide Members with a competitive, up-to-date suite of programs that are compliant with the state departments of insurance in which they write business.

Theresa earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. She is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
