Kayla McKay is the Member Engagement Coordinator at AAIS. She supports the Member Engagement team by conducting company research, maintaining and auditing the organization’s CRM platform, and ensuring Member data is accurate and up to date. Kayla began her career at AAIS as a Member Engagement Intern in 2023 and transitioned to a full-time role in 2025.

Kayla holds a BA from Towson University.
