Jill is an accomplished insurance executive with more than 30 years of industry experience and a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and agent-centered distribution strategies. She spent 15 years with the Grange–Integrity enterprise, serving in senior executive leadership roles with expanding responsibility across the organization.

For nine of those years, Jill served as President of Integrity Insurance, an affiliate partner of Grange Insurance headquartered in Appleton, WI. As President, she held responsibility for overall operations as well as the personal and commercial lines business units. Under her leadership, Integrity achieved seven consecutive years of above-market growth and sustained profitability through strong partnerships with independent agents.

In her remaining tenure with the enterprise, Jill served as Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer, leading sales and marketing efforts for the combined Grange and Integrity enterprise. In this role, she aligned distribution strategy across organizations, strengthened agent relationships, and advanced enterprise-wide growth initiatives, reporting directly to the CEO.

Jill began her insurance career as a personal lines underwriter at Acuity Insurance, then with Rural Insurance as a field underwriter, then quickly advanced into leadership roles at SECURA Insurance, where she built deep expertise in commercial lines and developed high-performing teams recognized for delivering exceptional customer experiences. She joined Integrity Insurance in 2010 as Vice President of Commercial Lines and was promoted to President shortly thereafter. Jill retired from the Grange Enterprise in December 2025.

Jill is a 1992 summa cum laude graduate of Lakeland University in Sheboygan, WI, where she also earned her MBA. She has been actively involved in the industry and her community, including service with NAMIC and on the boards of United Way of the Fox Cities, Big Brothers Big Sisters Fox Valley, Prospera Credit Union, and the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio. She currently serves as Chair of the AAIS Board of Directors.
