Krissy Hensley is the Director of Human Resources at AAIS. She brings more than 10 years of experience in human resources, with a background spanning financial services, retail, consulting, and technology industries.

Krissy leads the design and execution of AAIS’s talent attraction, engagement, retention, and development strategies. She is passionate about influencing high-performance cultures and enhancing organizational effectiveness by aligning business goals and priorities with people-related initiatives.

Krissy has a BS in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University. She is certified as a Post-Secondary Facilitator and a Predictive Index Practitioner.
