Renee is the President, CEO, and Chair of the Board of Hastings Insurance Company, headquartered in Hastings, MI. Hastings Insurance insures businesses and families across six Midwestern states and is an integral part of the local community. Renee is the first female CEO and President in the company’s 139-year history.

With 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Renee has held various management and executive leadership roles, focusing on strategic direction, vision, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Renee earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and has served on the Board of Directors for several community organizations.
