Wen Tilghman is the Director of Marketing & Communications at AAIS. She brings more than 20 years of combined experience across marketing, journalism, communications, and public relations. She has extensive experience leading comprehensive marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and content marketing. She also has experience in brand management, retail merchandising, and traditional advertising (TV, print, radio, OOH). Wen’s holistic approach to marketing and communications prioritizes storytelling that resonates with target audiences across every touchpoint, driving engagement and brand impact.
Her past roles include Vice President of Marketing at Disruptive Enterprises, LLC, Lead Brand and Advertising Consultant at Brighthouse Financial, and broadcast news producer at various NBC and CBS stations.
Wen has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an MA in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago, and a BA in Government from Georgetown University.
