Jamie began her insurance career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In early 2004, she obtained her property and casualty license in Wisconsin and transitioned into a sales role while continuing to serve as a licensed CSR and insurance advisor. In February 2023, she shifted her focus within the industry and joined AAIS as a Member Success Specialist. In this role, Jamie guides Members through the AAIS onboarding process, provides product materials for their affiliated lines, conducts AAISdirect overviews, files materials in SERFF, and develops custom materials.
