James started at AAIS as a Personal Lines Intern in 2019 and transitioned to a full-time Member Success Specialist in 2021. In this role, he is tasked with explaining the AAIS onboarding process to Members. The onboarding team provides all product materials to their affiliated lines, conducts AAISdirect overviews, files their materials to SERFF, and creates custom materials.

James received his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and obtained his CPCU designation in 2024. James is currently working on earning his AMIM designation.
