As a Senior Product Development Specialist at AAIS, Martha is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of personal lines products to support Member needs. Before joining AAIS in July 2024, Martha had more than 20 years of experience in property and casualty insurance. She began her career as an actuarial analyst with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, where she reviewed rate and rule filings for homeowners, dwelling fire, and mobile homeowners lines. After five years, she advanced her career with regional carriers, gaining additional experience in catastrophe-prone states.

Martha holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Florida State University.
