Lance Wright is a Product Development Specialist on the Auto team at AAIS. He assists with research on competitor products, market trends, and regulatory updates to help maintain Commercial Auto, Personal Auto, Boatowners, and Yacht programs. Lance also supports the team in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and developing product materials, including forms, manuals, rating structures, and rules, in compliance with state-specific insurance departments. Before joining AAIS, he had more than 18 years of property and casualty experience in various roles with insurance carriers.

Lance holds the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations.

He earned a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Purdue University.
