Jamie started in the Insurance industry in 2003 as a CSR (customer service representative). Early in 2004 she obtained her Property and Casualty license in Wisconsin and expanded her role into a Sales position within the agency she worked for.  She continued to maintain the status of a licensed CSR/licensed Insurance Advisor until switching gears within the industry in February 2023, which brought her to her current role as Onboarding Specialist at AAIS. In this role, Jamie is tasked with explaining the AAIS onboarding process to Members. The Onboarding team provides all product materials to their affiliated lines, conducts AAISdirect overviews, files their materials to SERFF, and creates custom materials.
