As Chief Distribution Officer, Jill serves as President of Integrity Insurance, an affiliate partner of Grange Insurance headquartered in Appleton, WI, and leads the Sales and Marketing efforts for the combined Grange and Integrity enterprise.

In her decade with Integrity, Jill was responsible for overall operations as well as Personal and Commercial Lines business units. She led the company to five straight years of above-market growth and profit through partnerships with independent agents.

Jill is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of insurance industry experience. She started her career as a Personal Lines underwriter with Acuity Insurance, quickly moving into leadership roles at SECURA Insurance where she continued to gain greater and broader expertise in Commercial Lines and building highly successful teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences. She joined Integrity Insurance in 2010 as the Commercial Lines Vice President and was promoted to the President role shortly thereafter.

Jill is a 1992, summa cum laude, graduate of Lakeland College in Sheboygan, WI, where she also earned her MBA. She’s active with NAMIC and serves on the Board of Directors for United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fox Valley, and Prospera Credit Union.
