Sara is best known for her expertise in the collection, analysis, and use of data in the Fire Service. She most enjoys teaching others how to apply data to Community Risk Reduction efforts to lead successful programs toward safer communities. As Actuarial Services Data Product Owner, she supports the development, expansion, and adoption of the FLAMES (Fire Loss and Mitigation Evaluation Score) methodology for insurers to assess local fire protection and mitigation efforts.
