Andrew Beal retired in early 2026 from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) after spending almost 26 years with the regulatory support organization. During his time at the NAIC, Andrew served as General Counsel, Deputy Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer, and finally Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the NAIC, Andrew served as a senior legal counsel at the Oklahoma Insurance Department and then General Counsel at a life insurance company. Andrew has also served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corp. 

Andrew holds a JD from the Oklahoma City University School of Law and a BA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
