Dan Kovac is a 30-year insurance industry veteran and serves as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Westfield Insurance. Prior to Westfield, Dan worked in leadership roles at Hiscox U.S., USAA, General Casualty Insurance, and MetLife Auto & Home across a range of functions including Risk Management, Underwriting, Product Management, and Innovation.

Dan has a BA from Valparaiso University in Indiana and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Research and Planning (ARP) designations through The Institutes.
