Debbie Stickel is a Product Development Specialist on the Personal Lines team at AAIS. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of personal lines products to support Member needs. She brings more than 20 years of property and casualty insurance experience, spanning personal lines underwriting, corporate underwriting, agency management, product management, and product development for both large and small carriers. A highlight of her career was designing homeowners, auto, and BOP products for a start-up, urban-focused insurance carrier.

Debbie holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. 

She earned a BS in Business & Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
