Jason Buchek is a Product Development Specialist on the Personal Lines team at AAIS. He is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of personal lines products to support Member needs. Jason brings more than 15 years of P&C insurance experience with deep expertise in rating structures, policy form language, and regulatory alignment. His background includes leading product development initiatives for regional carriers, supporting filing strategy, and enhancing clarity and consistency across forms, manuals, and rating content.

Jason holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Personal Insurance (API) designations.

Jason earned a BS in Economics from Missouri State University.
