Lance Wright is a Product Development Specialist on the Auto team at AAIS. He supports the development and maintenance of AAIS Personal Auto, Personal Auto Non-Standard, Commercial Auto, and Boat and Yacht products by providing day-to-day support. He also assists in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and developing product materials, including forms, manuals, rating structures, and rules, in compliance with state-specific insurance departments. Before joining AAIS, Lance had more than 18 years of P&C experience in various roles working for Farmers Insurance and Markel.

Lance holds the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations.

Lance has a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Purdue University.
