Lisa Pechan is the Business Insurance Field Vice President at Travelers. In her role, she is responsible for the perform and transform agendas for the Upper Midwest Region, which encompasses Commercial Accounts, Excess Casualty, Technology, Public Sector, Construction, Inland Marine, Ocean Marine, Oil and Gas, National Property, Boiler, and Select. She also leads “One BI” distribution strategies.

Lisa joined Travelers in 2014 as the Select Regional Vice President, Central Region. Prior to Travelers, Lisa held various leadership roles in underwriting, product management, and sales and distribution, all supporting the independent agency channel.

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
