Tami Aders is the Chief Strategy Execution Officer of AAIS. She leads the Strategy Execution Office (SEO), serving as the bridge between mission, strategy, and execution. She partners with the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board to ensure the organization’s strategy is translated into aligned priorities, clearly defined initiatives, and measurable outcomes that strengthen strategic alignment and execution discipline across the enterprise.

With more than 15 years of enterprise leadership experience across higher education, public sector, and healthcare organizations, Tami specializes in aligning strategy, capacity, and investment decisions to help organizations focus on the right work and deliver sustainable impact.

Tami is a Certified Strategy Officer (CSO) and holds certifications in Portfolio Management (PfMP), Project Management (PMP), and organizational change management.

Tami holds a BA in Education from Western Oregon University.
